We are obsessed with this French Countryside-inspired styled shoot! The stunning backdrop, complemented by the exquisite decor and the radiant couple, truly brought this enchanting vision to life.

One of our favorite wedding trends right now is the incorporation of citrus into a wedding scape! This styled shoot had a beautiful citrus focus, and it was absolutely stunning!

The gorgeous tablescape was filled with stunning orange and pink hues and a sprinkling of citrus decor (which I’m sure smelled amazing being on site!) The brightness of this scheme couldn’t help but make a person smile!

The models were absolutely perfect and fit in the scene seamlessly; it really felt as though they were having an intimate dinner in the French countryside! We loved the small touch of vintage European flair with the incorporation of the umbrella.

Below is from Kathy of Romance and Rust about how the vision came to life!

When Ashley (from Ashley Marlenis Photography) approached me to style the tabletop and place settings, I was ecstatic!  I loved her vision of a French Countryside dinner party with beautiful florals in peach, cream, and light orange.  The light and airy tablescape included glass candlesticks, gold compotes filled with beautiful blooms, and a gauzy peach runner. I love the addition of citrus to the table! The place setting of scalloped white plates on top of gold floral mats, light peach napkins with bud vase napkin rings, gold cutlery, crystal glasses, and gold-rimmed coups. The choice of a white farmhouse table and elegant wood chairs beautifully completed the look.

The idea behind this specific styled shoot was really leaning into the idea of a French Countryside vibe that focused heavily on brighter colors of Peach and Orange and Pantones color of the year “Peach Fuzz” – and really utilizing some trending items such as fruit on the tablescape ( which is huge this season for wedding trends!) Whenever I am coming up with an idea for a shoot I really try to let trends take the spotlight and every one of my vendors did an absolutely fantastic job at delivering the vision. I actually did the florals for this shoot as I have a florist account and really wanted the brighter orange and peach florals to be at the forefront in the designs. Without the help of Kathy, I could not have had such a beautiful tablescape- she literally has the best inventory that showcases whatever theme someone might need or want! The day went so smoothly from start to finish and I am so grateful for  the help of my models, vendors and this stunning venue for working with me to create such an amazing styled shoot!
