Tell us a little bit about you, and how you got started!
Hi my name is Rene Crandall I am the owner and wedding planner for Forever Thine Planning. A little bit about me is that I have recently moved to Tennessee from South Dakota! Back home I started in the wedding industry as a wedding consultant right out of high school and then worked my way up and was the day of coordinator for a company. So for the last four years I was eating, sleeping, and breathing weddings! After moving I realized I wanted to continue my passion and started my own business.
What makes your business unique?
What makes Forever Thine Planning unique is that I always do a casual meeting before any contract is signed to make sure I am the perfect fit for your vendor team. What’s also unique is that I don’t have à la carte services. Everything is inclusive like rehearsal dinner the day before.
What do you enjoy most about working in the wedding industry?
My favorite part about working in the wedding industry is seeing how different every wedding is because none are the same.
What is your favorite part of working with couples?
My favorite part about working with couples is knowing that I helped with their love story and help make their day special.
One piece of advice for couples?
The best advice I can give is don’t sweat the small stuff because the only thing that matters at the end of the day is that you’re marrying your best friend.
Childhood career aspiration?
My childhood career aspiration was to either be a fashion designer or an actress.
Any fun facts or hidden talents?
A fun fact of mine is that I can not touch my toes.
