Tell us a little bit about you, and how you got started!

For many years, my family, friends and acquaintances, asked me to make floral arrangements for their homes or for special occasions. I also did a large number of weddings for the same. After a while, I ventured into interior design and began to do home and office renovations.

What makes your business unique?

Last year, my dear friend ask me to plan and design her daughter’s wedding. When the wedding was over, I received her entire inventory and used it to start a wedding floral business. I decided to offer faux floral rentals to help brides have custom-designed florals at a lower cost, and included delivery, setup, and tear-down, relieving wedding day stress.

What do you enjoy most about working in the wedding industry?

Working in the wedding industry and being a part of one of the most significant moments in someone’s life is truly special. It’s a feeling that’s hard to put into words. I love working with couples, helping them choose the perfect flowers and accessories to bring their vision to life. I want them to rest easy, knowing that every detail is taken care of. Being able to do this, brings joy to me personally.

One piece of advice for couples?

As someone who has been married for many years, I find it challenging to provide advice to other couples. However, I do believe that if both partners continue to share love and happiness not just on their wedding day, but every day after the wedding, a successful marriage is almost guaranteed.
