Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 A Cord of Three Strands
The three cords represent God, the Bride, and the Groom. The Bride braids the cord to show the equal parts each has in the marriage and how together they are stronger than they are apart. Implementing The Unity Braids into the wedding ceremony symbolizes the strong bond between the Bride, God, and the Groom.
