James Tucker is a Tennessee Native, a Veteran, and is retired from the US Postal Service. James and his wife Julie reside in Mt. Juliet and own a Wedding Venue that they opened in 2015. James started his ministry in 1995 in the Youth Department and has held many positions in Leadership, such as Youth Pastor, Outreach Minister, Preacher, and Co-Founder of the SonShine Bus Ministry.

James has years of experience in public speaking and has officiated hundreds of Wedding Ceremonies, including Elopements and Vow Renewals, which include many locations, such as venues, hotels, parks, homes, and churches. From the very beginning of your dream ceremony, He sets the tone with excitement, enthusiasm, warmth, and happiness.

James is known for being a Couple’s Favorite because of his sense of humor and the amazing work and research he puts into each ceremony. He begins preparing alongside the Couple before the ceremony to create a personal and customized ceremony just for the Couple! Together, James and the Couple will create the ceremony, which may include personal vows, poems, favorite Bible verses, the declarations, wedding rings, and more.
James officiates in the Middle Tennessee Area most often but he will travel when his schedule allows.
