Happily Connected’s Fall Wedding Showcase took place on August 18, 2019 at the Bavarian Bierhaus in the Opry Mills Mall. The Bavarian Bierhaus is a hidden gem in Nashviille, TN. The space is gorgeous and the best part is there is no room rental fee.
Happily Connected’s Wedding Showcase was created to promote Happily Connected Vendors and other local Nashville area vendors. We were honored to showcase so many fantastic vendors in our amazing city!
Happily Connected’s wedding showcase is different than most wedding shows as it does not have Rows & Rows of Booths. Instead, the Bavarian Bierhaus was set up like a ceremony and reception with several vignettes that showcased a different style. This allowed vendors to showcase their work and give couples a real life feel of how their wedding could look.
For our Fall Wedding Showcase, the Bavarian Bierhaus was draped by TN Event Designs to separate the event space from the restaurant which created a beautiful backdrop for the custom ceremony arch built by TN Event Designs! Gorgeous florals by Belles Fleurs added the perfect touch to the triangle arch! Gold vases filled with white feathers and gold wire lanterns lined the ceremony aisle.
Vendors worked together to create 7 different styles of tables to inspire those who attended the showcase. The styles included Modern, Vintage, Rustic, Traditional, Modern Bierhaus, Glam and an Elegant Head Table. They ROCKED it!
TN Event Designs also added a backdrop in the reception space and a gorgeous swag at the entrance to the ceremony!
The Elegant Head Table was draped with a rich navy linen and was adorned with square pillar centerpieces with gorgeous florals. Greenery and gold votives were intertwined between the pillars to add a soft ambience. The gold rimmed glass chargers, gold napkins, gold flatware and gold embossed geode place card made for a perfect place setting. The Elegant Head Table was designed by hlbee Designss, Belles Fleurs, Rebecca Vaughan Photography and Events by Aly. Rentals were provided by Her Signature Events and Premier Event Rentals.
Navy and white with a POP of green made for a gorgeous Modern table. Love the modern gold ring centerpiece with white florals and greenery. The tied navy napkin with green floral tucked into it Popped on top of the beaded chargers and swirled white china! The team behind this gorgeous table was Her Signature Events and Center of the Table . Rentals were provided by Her Signature Events and Premier Event Rentals.
Antique Gold, Navy and White along with lace were the perfect combination for the Vintage table. A grey linen with a blue trimmed lace runner were the perfect backdrop for the vintage china and beautiful white and peach florals. Love the white lace napkin rings on the navy napkin. The antique gold candlesticks and navy candles completed the look! Her Signature Events and Center of the Table were the designers of the Vintage Table! Rentals were provided by Her Signature Events and Premier Event Rentals.
The Rustic table was designed by Events by Aly, Belles Fleurs and paperkuts Studio. This dynamic team started with a greenery runner down the center of the table and creamy lanterns and gold candlesticks. Sage green napkins and white menus with a green ribbon adorned the white china place settings. Rentals were provided by Premier Event Rentals.
A gorgeous green and peach floral centerpiece and silver charges with white china adorned the Traditional table design. Simply Elegant Events and Center of the Table were the team behind all this beauty! Rentals were provided by Her Signature Events and Premier Event Rentals.
Since the venue is a Bavarian Bierhaus, it is only fitting to have a bierhaus themed table. Events by Aly, Belles Fleurs and paperkuts Studio wanted to create a Modern Bierhaus table that was classy and sophisticated. THEY NAILED IT! The wax seal stamped place cards, galvanized chargers, silver vases with white and blue florals and Bavarian Bierhaus Signature Pilsner glasses came together for a sophisticated modern bierhaus feel. Rentals were provided by Premier Event Rentals.
White and green florals atop a Crystal candelabra and silver candlesticks were the center of attention on this gorgeous Glam table. Love the sparkle of the mirrored place cards atop a silver napkin. This dramatic look was created by Simply Elegant Events and Center of the Table. Rentals were provided by Her Signature Events and Premier Event Rentals.
Models mingled throughout the event wearing gowns from Eleven Bridal Curvy Couture. The models hair and makeup done by Indigo Beauty Collective was gorgeous!
The naked cake created by the Rolling Pin looked absolutely amazing and delicious! Love the greenery wreath created by Belles Fleurs and HC logo hanging behind it. hlbee Designs cut the HC logo out of vinyl and attached it to acrylic! Love!
YUM! These delicious cookies and mini cupcakes were delish! Thank you to Allison at the Rolling Pin for providing these sweet treats!
The appetizers and other delicious food from the Bavarian Bierhaus were absolutely amazing!
The Bavarian Bierhaus also created this signature Sangria for our Fall Wedding Showcase! Amazing & Delicious!
Sam Fox with Make Some Noise Events kept us entertained with a great playlist! He even serenaded us! Yes, this DJ can Sing!!!
