2022 HC Wedding Showcase Highlights

Regardless of the style of your wedding, Rural Hill Farm is the perfect setting.

Four design teams made up of Amazing Nashville Area Vendors showcased their work by creating seven different tablescapes in our Design Gallery to give couples inspiration for their own wedding. The tablescape designs were Boho, Celestial, Classic/Traditional, Farmhouse, Glam, Modern Romantic, and Rustic. All rentals were provided by Everyday Fiestas! The showcase and models were captured beautifully by four Amazing Nashville Area photographers.

The Design Gallery

The Boho Tablescape

Shades of terracotta, champagne and touches of gold were the perfect backdrop for the gorgeous centerpiece designed by Mari owner of Flourishing Flowers by Mari for the Boho tablescape. Chelsea owner of Hy5 Designs designed the beautiful paper details. Love how the flowers on the cake created by Carrisa with The Baker’s Bakery complemented the centerpiece perfectly! The linens, place settings, glassware, chairs and other rentals were provided by Everyday Fiestas!

Classic/Traditional

The gorgeous floral centerpiece and beautiful silver candelabras set the tone for the Classic Traditional themed tablescape designed by Mari with Flourishing Flowers by Mari.  Love how Chelsea with Hy 5 Designs incorporated flowers and colors from the centerpiece into the invitation suite. The acrylic invitation added a modern twist to the traditional wording. Pink and blue floral cupcakes created by The Baker’s Bakery were adorable and added a sweet touch! The linens, place settings, glassware, chairs and other rentals were provided by Everyday Fiestas!

Celestial and Rustic

Celestial

The Moon Phase cake created by Carrisa with The Baker’s Bakery was the perfect accompaniment to the Celestial themed table created by Jessica and Cheyenne of Amani Na Uwazi. We love how the glass spheres mimic the moon on the cake and how they popped against the emerald velvet linen. The linens, place settings, glassware, chairs and other rentals were provided by Everyday Fiestas!

 

Rustic

Lace, burlap, wood chargers, metal pitcher centerpiece, rainbow cake jars created by Carissa of The Baker’s Bakery along with the rainbow flower invitation suite  and wooden belly band designed and created by Chelsea of Hy5 Designs were the perfect combination for the Rustic & Rainbow themed table  designed by Jessica and Cheyenne of Amani Na Uwazi. The terracotta napkins and blue wine glasses tied the rustic elements to the rainbow ones. The linens, place settings, glassware, chairs and other rentals were provided by Everyday Fiestas!

Farmhouse

We can’t get enought of the lemon details on the  Farmhouse themed table designed by Chelsea of Hy5 Designs. The sweet lemons that adorn the invitations, paper details and place cards, the sage green painted flower pot favors, sliced lemon centerpiece and custom lemon napkin were all designed and created by Hy5 Designs. Carrisa of the Baker’s Bakery continued the lemon theme in the lemon layered dessert she created. The champagne linen, rattan placemats, place settings and other rentals were provided by Everyday Fiestas. 

Glam

The black and gold details with the pop of emerald green which adorned the Glam table designed by Chelsea of Hy5 Designs screamed elegance! The black acrylic name cards created by Hy5 Designs topped each place setting and were the perfect addition to this elegant design. The elegance was continued in the mini bundt cakes with green icing and gold flakes created by Carrisa with The Baker’s Bakery. The gold reef chargers, black dinner plates, clear plates with gold rim, gold rimmed champagne and wine glasses and other rentals were provided by Everyday Fiestas.

Modern Romantic

The invitation and other paper details designed by Kim with paperKuts studio set the tone for the  Modern Romantic Tablesape. From the bronze gold foil lined envelope and wax seal to the elegant bronze gold swirls and print everything in the invitation suite was absolutely gorgeous. The elegance was continued in the place settings, modern candelabra and other rentals provided by Everyday Fiestas. The mini desserts created by Carrisa of the Baker’s Bakery added a modern twist to the elegant details.

Glam Squad & Models

Six gorgeous ladies modeled gowns from Enchanted Bridal and Boutique. The models hair and makeup done by three awesome local vendors, Nashville Glam Babes, Remonda Makeup Artist, and Mystique Makeup Artist was absolutely gorgeous! They also ROCKED the runway show which was held in the small pavilion!

Martell of Go DJs Entertainment was the wonderful DJ and MC for the event. He also provided the Go Booth and the 360 Photo Booth.

Guests enjoyed the beautiful music performed by Liana of Liana Alpino Harpist . The music was magical!

The event was catered by ZaBria owner and Chef of  Kei’z Kitchen! Looking for delicious southern cooking for your event, contact Kei’s Kitchen!

Love the dessert bar created by Carissa of The Baker’s Bakery. There were a variety of mini desserts such as mini cupcakes, pudding cups and chocolate chip cookies. Carissa also provided cakes and desserts or the Design Gallery.  YUM!

Meet Asulon Collective

Emily of Asulon Collective cultivates connections through craft coffee. Armed with her espresso machine and conversation cards, Emily treated guests to several amazing coffee drinks and great conversation. We would love to hear which one was your favorite?!

Meet Boozy with Bri

Bri with Boozy with Bri treated guests to two amazing cocktails,  Bourbon and Peach Tea and Sangria! Boozy with Bri is a licensed and insured bartender. Bri has 10 years in the hospitality business with  7 years of experience working events such as bridal showers, private parties, birthdays, rehearsal dinners and weddings!

Linda Dancer with Honeymoons Inc.  is a travel and honeymoon specialist. Linda was available to answer questions about honeymoons and destination weddings!

Looking for an officiant? Julie and James Tucker of Tennessee Tiny Weddings have you covered. Not only do they perform elopements on their property, they also travel to other venues to perform ceremony services.
