General Prize, Contest and Giveaway Rules for the August 18, 2019 Happily Connected Wedding Showcase
The rules in this section cover all prizes given away in conjunction with the Happily Connected Wedding Showcase.
- You, the entrant, are agreeing to and are knowledgeable of the below list of eligibility requirements, rule, and terms by submitting to our giveaway.
- You must be a bride or groom and 18 years old or older to win. A bride or groom is someone who is currently not married and is planning to get married by December 31, 2020.
- Must have attended the August 18, 2019 Happily Connected Wedding Showcase to be eligible to win!
- Entrants/Engaged Couple are eligible to win only one prize.
- No purchase necessary to win. However, some prizes may be discounts off of services that require purchase to redeem.
- Winners are picked at random.
- The HC Wedding Showcase Giveaway Contest ends at 11:59 PM on Sunday, August 25, 2019. Winners will be chosen and notified via email by 11:59 Monday, August 26, 2019. Prizes not claimed by 5:00 PM (Central Time) on August 29, 2019, another winner will be selected.
- Prizes may be subject to restrictions- inquire with prize furnisher/vendor for any restrictions.
- Winner is responsible to pay any taxes due in connection with the giveaway.
- Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and may not be resold in whole or part.
- Solely the Exhibitor/Vendor is held accountable for any prize they are associated with. The Happily Connected and HC Wedding Showcase is not responsible if an Exhibitor does not honor an associated prize.
- Prizes are subject to availability.
- Travel Fees may apply.
- Not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
- Not Valid with other discounts
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions
- All entrants, finalists and winners agree to hold Happily Connected and the Happily Connected Wedding Showcase harmless and indemnify Happily Connected and The Happily Connected Wedding Showcase and its affiliates against any claim or action arising from or in connection with this giveaway.
- This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
- By entering our giveaway, you are giving permission to HappilyConnected™ and the Happily Connected Vendors to use your giveaway submission photo for promotional, marketing, and PR purposes.
- Vulgar gestures or language in a submission post will disqualify entrants from the giveaway.
- Instagram Story and Facebook Story posts do not count as a giveaway submission.
- All Instagram post submissions must abide by Instagram’s Terms of Use.
