How long have you been doing weddings?
Treemont Mansion has been hosting weddings for four years, providing couples with an elegant and personalized venue just outside of Nashville. In that time, we’ve had the honor of creating unforgettable moments for couples who appreciate both Southern charm and modern convenience.
Tell us a little bit about your venue!
Treemont Mansion is a breathtaking 14.5-acre estate that offers a blend of historic elegance and modern functionality. Originally built in 1987 as a grand private residence, it has since been transformed into a sophisticated venue designed for seamless entertainment. The mansion and its surrounding property provide a picturesque backdrop for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions. With multiple event spaces—including a stately front porch, a romantic garden patio, gorgeous Solarium, elegant dining room, and the spacious Carriage House—Treemont is a versatile setting for celebrations of all sizes.
What makes your venue unique?
Treemont Mansion offers the best of both worlds: the timeless beauty of a historic estate with the open, guest-friendly layout of a modern event space. Unlike older mansions that often have choppy, restrictive floor plans, Treemont was designed with entertainment in mind—featuring grand, open spaces while still maintaining the elegance of a bygone era. The venue’s history is also unique, with ties to Nashville’s real estate legacy and even the music industry. Every wedding and event here becomes part of the property’s story, creating lasting memories linked to this special place.
What is your ideal client like?
Our ideal clients are couples who value elegance, exclusivity, and a stress-free planning experience. They appreciate the charm of a historic estate while seeking a space that allows for seamless entertainment and personalization. Many of our couples are drawn to the private, intimate nature of Treemont, looking for a venue that feels like an escape from the city without being too far away. We love working with those who have a clear vision but also appreciate expert guidance in bringing it to life.
How many guests can be accommodated?
Treemont Mansion can host up to 200 guests. The Carriage House, our largest indoor space, accommodates up to 180-200 guests for receptions, while the mansion itself is ideal for more intimate gatherings of up to 75. Outdoor spaces, including our iconic front porch and garden patio, offer additional flexibility for ceremonies and cocktail hours.
Do you offer on-site accommodations? If so, for how many?
Yes! We offer overnight accommodations in the mansion, featuring six beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5.5 baths. This exclusive experience is available to clients hosting full-day events at Treemont, providing a seamless transition from celebration to relaxation. The first-floor and second-floor spaces, including the solarium, are available for overnight stays. Four of the six bedrooms feature king-size beds, while two have queen beds—one of which is a Murphy bed in the bridal suite, making it a versatile space for both preparation and lodging. Unlike traditional bed-and-breakfasts, our accommodations are exclusively available to event clients, ensuring a private and uninterrupted stay.
