Jayla and Jamontrae's Elegant Wedding at Emerson Hall

Emerson Hall provided a stunning backdrop for Jayla and Jamontrae’s wedding. The venue’s gorgeous wood floors and white walls set the stage for the elegant affair. A gold circle arbor adorned with a beautiful floral piece served as the backdrop for the ceremony, while a talented guitarist set a romantic tone for the day.

The bride and bridesmaids carried white bouquets, adding a touch of classic elegance to the occasion. The candle-lined aisle created a warm and intimate atmosphere for the ceremony. Jayla’s strapless lace wedding gown exuded timeless elegance, while the bridesmaids’ shades of pink dresses added a touch of soft color to the ceremony. Jamontrae looked dashing in a pink jacquard suit jacket, accompanied by groomsmen in classic black suits with pink bow ties.

After the ceremony, guests were treated to a fun cocktail hour at the Lucky Duck Lounge, while the ceremony space was transformed into a romantic reception. The black linens and candle centerpieces on the tables created an intimate and romantic ambiance, with the sweetheart table elegantly placed in front of the ceremony arch, serving as a focal point for the event.

As the evening unfolded, the couple shared their first dance, followed by a heartwarming cake-cutting ceremony. The white cake, embellished with a black ribbon and delicate white flowers, exuded timeless sophistication, while the Eagles-themed groom’s cake added a personal and fun touch to the celebration.

The tie and veil on their champagne glasses added a touch of whimsy and charm to the toasts. The evening concluded with a dazzling sparkler send-off, creating a magical and memorable end to a beautiful celebration.

-Beautiful venue, stunning, love the high ceilings. The staff was wonderful to work with, and I was very impressed with how quickly they did the flip from a beautiful ceremony to dinner/reception. I mostly worked with Patrice, the wedding coordinator, so I didn’t have personal interactions with the staff at Emerson, but it was a beautiful experience overall.

Jayla and Jamontrae are so in love. They are one of the sweetest couples I have had the privilege of meeting. The day was stunning – everyone looked amazing from the outfits to hair and makeup, to the venue, down to the last detail. To describe the day in one word, it was all stunning. I was moved to tears during the ceremony – they were just looking at each other with pure love and adoration as they made their vows. 🙂

The first time I saw Jamontrae, I was 15, and he was working at my local Kroger. I thought he was so handsome but was too shy to speak. He ended up leaving that job, and I didn’t see him again until college orientation. I was so excited. A mutual friend introduced us, and we’ve been together for almost 7 years now.

We loved Emerson! They were super helpful in planning and were with us every step of the way. They were able to answer all questions and did multiple tours for us, which I was thankful for! They also kept the food coming, and nobody left hungry. Everyone enjoyed themselves and said the venue was so beautiful! From the wood floors to the white walls, everyone said it was perfect. And then you go downstairs to the lucky duck and have a whole different atmosphere. It’s chill, fun, relaxing. Then you come back up, and the room is flipped! It was easy for my guests to find everything as it was all in one space. So, so, so relaxing for everyone involved (LOL). They even gave us a wedding gift :))) and signed our guestbook!!!!
