Shades of blue and white were the perfect combination for Hannah & Chalie’s Romantic Garden Wedding which took place at the Belle Meade Historic Site. Keep reading to hear what Hannah had to say about their beautiful day!
From the Bride, Hannah
They say April showers bring May flowers but lucky for us it was a beautiful day for our garden wedding. Made even more perfect by our amazing vendors. Our planner, MirWood Events, specifically Madison and Riley ensured our wedding went off without a hitch and if there was one we did not know about it.
We chose to do a first look with private vows where our sweet pups, Charlie and Hazel even made a surprise appearance.
Followed by our first look, we shared a traditional ceremony surrounded by our closest friends and family. The “non- emotional” groom even shed a few tears as I walked down the aisle.
One of our favorite parts of the day was our reception. It included delicious food from CJ’s 2 Step Catering, Charcuterie from Graze Craze, and Sweets from Nashville Sweets.
We chose Graze Craze at the recommendation of our planner and we were not disappointed. From the beginning, Brent (owner) and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and without a hitch. He and his team are professional and very responsive. They set up on the day of the event The produce was fresh and delicious. We would recommend them for any of your party needs.

So, this was a fun wedding. The couple came in looking for cocktail hour ideas. We spoke to see what their vision was and figured out they wanted boards for people to graze but also an option for people not wanting to share food. We presented a large board layout with charcutie cups on the sides. The idea was a hit with the couple and then we went a step further and mentioned letter trays, to which the husband said “You sold it right there. She is all about that.” So we agreed to a large board set up in their initials as well as charcutie cups surrounding the trays. Once RSVPs started coming in last minute, we were asked to add 2 more large boards to the order. I believe it turned out great with the 2 large boards, letter tray, and charcutie cups!
I surprised my groom with a custom cake of the Vanderbilt Stadium to which everyone was blown away with the details.
The night ended with fun on the dance floor. Whole 9 Yards Entertainment ensured that the music kept everyone dancing the night away. In addition to the dancing, the guests enjoyed photos in the custom photo booth by Cain and Able entertainment.
We exited our reception with a grand bubble exit and had the perfect blue car from Matchless Transportation.
